Apple stole ideas from IBM, Microsoft stole ideas from Apple, Google stole ideas from Apple, Zuckerberg stole ideas from highschool yearbooks. They all tweaked the ideas from their own perspective. Where you get into trouble is when you go past just the idea and make an exact copy of the original. Please don't do that.
